which will push you to your limits and have you performing at your best!

No previous Martial Arts experience required
to take part.
Classes are every Saturday from 12:30 PM and every Wednesday from 8:30PM.
Things to bring with you: You will need plenty of fluids with you to drink during the class as training is very intensive. Bring a Towel as you will sweat, a lot! Light weight training clothing, e.g. T-Shirt and kickboxing bottoms. For sparring a groin guard is essential and you will need semi contact gloves (fingers should not be exposed), head gear and foot gear. Most items are available from the club at reduced cost.
